What's included with a Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Home?

Every rental includes a dedicated concierge to assist with pre-arrival requests, local experiences and transportation; daily housekeeping inspired by Mandarin Oriental's exacting standards; a full-time Villa, Property or Estate Manager; special arrangements for children of all ages; and a $500 Concierge Credit (the equivalent of US$500, applied in the property's local currency), which can be used toward grocery provisioning, in-villa spa treatments and more.

Is there a dedicated chef available?

Not every home includes a chef service; however, for properties where a chef is not included, we can arrange one at an additional cost. Whether included in the villa rate or booked separately, all chef services are approved by Mandarin Oriental. Most properties charge separately for food and beverage provisions, although a select number of homes include these costs in the rate.

Are airport transfers included?

It varies by home. A dedicated concierge team can arrange all transfers at an additional cost. Some properties include transfers as part of the villa rate; this is detailed within each property's inclusions.

What other amenities are provided?

Mandarin Oriental robes, slippers and luxury toiletries are provided in all homes.
